Friday Knight Alumni Spotlight Q & A

Tell us about yourself. Where you live now, career, and/or family news. What have you been up to since you left 第一吃瓜网?
I live in Rochester, NY,  have two adult children (one fellow alum!), and serve as the Global Chief Diversity Officer at Atos.

Who inspires you?
My children, Caitlin Lamoreaux Lawniczak and Justin Lamoreaux, inspire me. Seeing how they adapted to the demands of Covid-19 in their respective careers (Caitlin is a math teacher at Our Lady of Mercy and Justin is a claims adjuster at Allstate Insurance for bodily injuries sustained in a car accident) has provided increased awareness of their empathetic, inclusive personalities and made me proud!

What talent would you most like to have?
I wish I had a photographic memory so I could still 渟ee the most important events of my life and replay them at will!

What檚 the bravest thing you檝e ever done?
Leaving my unhappy marriage.

Describe a perfect weekend.
Hanging out with those I love best at the waterfalls at our camp, Sun Valley.

What is the best advice you檝e received from a family member?
My mother told me to keep a journal to record all the funny/innovative things my kids did when they were small (I thought I檇 remember everything so I didn檛 do this, and will eternally regret it!)

What is your most-used emoji?
Thumbs up

If you could only eat one item for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Crabmeat

What was your favorite concert or theater movie?
Movie: 7 brides for 7 brothers | Concert: Billy Joel and Elton John
