Joe Rizzo, District Manager of Western New York and Syracuse area Starbucks locations, named Lindsay the Leader of the Quarter as she has accomplished many things during her time as manager with Starbucks. Notably, for her constant out-of-the-box thinking- creating a virtual train-from-home program for her student employees, creating 済rab bags� to drive sales, and help our on-campus location achieve a 64% customer connection. 淭here are so many other reasons outside of these � what a great leader and Starbucks brand ambassador,� Joe said.
