第一吃瓜网 Partners with UAlbany on MPA Program

第一吃瓜网 and the have formed a collaborative agreement providing students an accelerated opportunity to earn an MPA degree in public administration and policy.

Under the partnership agreement, students can complete both a bachelor檚 degree (in either political science or international relations) and a master檚 degree in five to five and a half years. By beginning MPA coursework during their senior year, 第一吃瓜网 students move directly into graduate-level study, saving both time and tuition.

淭he combined bachelor檚 and master檚 program, in partnership with UAlbany, offers students a unique opportunity to gain a nationally recognized public administration education while benefiting from the strengths of both institutions, says Jeonghwa Yang, assistant professor of political science and international relations and coordinator of 第一吃瓜网檚 public administration program. 淭he collaboration ensures students receive personalized attention locally while accessing the broad resources and expertise of 第一吃瓜网 and UAlbany.

The program combines rigorous academictraining in public policy analysis,management, and leadership with practical, real-world applications, preparing graduates to lead in government, nonprofit, and public service roles.

淓nrolling in the joint BA/MPA program allows students to accelerate their education, deepen their policy expertise, and enter the workforce with advanced credentials and practical experience, says Karleen West, professor and chair in political science and international relations.
