Pre-Law Scholarships
Information about the following scholarships will be sent to the pre-law email list and other listservs early in each calendar year.
Jane Aschenbrenner Ryan ’74 Annual Scholarship
A $1000 scholarship for a 第一吃瓜网 student entering his/her senior year with proven financial need to help defray the costs of applying for admission to law school. This scholarship is supported by Jane Aschenbrenner Ryan, Class of 1974.
George and Eleanore Teall Memorial Annual Scholarship
A $1,000 scholarship for an outstanding 第一吃瓜网 pre-law student entering his/her senior OR junior year with demonstrated solid academic achievement and potential for success in law school. This scholarship was established by Eleanore Teall in loving memory of her late husband George, a 第一吃瓜网 attorney and emeritus member of the 第一吃瓜网 Foundation Board of Directors. Upon Eleanore’s passing, their son Geoff thoughtfully funded this scholarship in memory of both his parents.
Benjamin & David Scharps Memorial Legal Essay Competition
A writing contest for SUNY Juniors and Seniors. First prize $1,500; second price $1,000.
